With a dynamic background in executive leadership, business strategy, and faith-based initiatives, I bring years of experience in guiding organizations toward sustainable growth and operational excellence. As a Fractional COO/CMO, I specialize in developing and implementing strategic growth plans, optimizing operations, and scaling businesses to achieve long-term success.
My journey began volunteering in ministry, where I served in various leadership capacities, including Worship Leader, Youth Pastor, Hospitality Director, later to become a Speaker, and Church COO. This foundation instilled in me a deep commitment to values-driven leadership, team development, and mission-driven strategy.
Transitioning into the corporate sector during the .com boom, I held executive leadership roles at major organizations, including Computer Associates, Sterling Software, Vastera, and Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services. These experiences equipped me with the expertise to drive high-growth initiatives, manage large-scale marketing campaigns, and implement operational efficiencies across multiple industries.
For the past decade, I have dedicated my expertise to helping organizations—both faith-based and corporate—create and execute strategic growth plans. I have successfully transformed businesses and churches facing financial instability into thriving entities with positive balance sheets and millions in assets. My approach merges executive-level strategy with hands-on leadership, ensuring businesses achieve sustainable expansion while remaining aligned with their core mission and values.
As a Fractional COO/CMO, I am committed to empowering organizations with the strategies, leadership, and operational excellence needed to drive scalable success. Whether optimizing internal processes, leading high-impact marketing initiatives, or guiding executive teams, I provide the expertise necessary to transform vision into reality.
